Several tiles had detached from the second level of outdoor wall. We treated the exposed brickwork, checked the substrate for soundness, and made sure the surface was dry, dust free and ready to bond. We then applied a fresh, weather resistant adhesive, combing it out evenly so every tile would get full coverage. This step matters more than most people realise. Hollow spots behind tiles are the main reason they fall in the first place.
Each tile was then pressed back into position, matched to the original pattern so the restored section blends with the rest of the wall. We finished by regrouting the joints and sealing the area to keep moisture out for good.
The Finished Result
The wall now looks exactly as it did before the failure, and more importantly, it is structurally sound again. A proper repair like this costs a fraction of a full reclad, and it protects the value of the property.
